Ray-Timeless Treasures -MIA!

I'm hoping you ladies can help me!!! I dont know what to else to do and I'm freaking out,

I still dont have my wedding video....since I got married there was a communication btwn Ray (timesless treasures) and I- said it'll be about 4-5 months till I recieve the video- ok no problem...

5 months rolls around and I contact him....then says he had a death in the family and is backed up..needs more time....couple weeks go by then says that he's going to start mine that week and he was going to touch base....then nothing- THAT WAS A MONTH AGO!!!
I left a message and an email this past monday...I call again yesterday - and HIS PHONE IS DISCONNECTED!!!
I'm freaking out, my husband is so mad its not even funny...I wrote another email last night but I feel so stuck!

have you ladies who use him heard anything or have another method to contact him?!

tell me about it, i dont have mine either. i spoke with him about a month ago and he said it would be very soon, he had one more video to edit and then mine. welp, nothing since. oh well, timely is not his game.

oh, ps... my brother and sil to be just recently booked him so he is still in business (as of like maybe 3 weeks ago)... they might want to get a timeline in writing, might propose that to them!

yep that was the number....

he responded saying he was getting to me 'next' week. but he's said that last month so I'm not holding my breathe.

I replyed asking him to call me..I wasnt very nice in the email...and (shocker) hasnt called me.

Now i'm kinda freaking out that I shouldnt have been mean...what he botches my video?! lol ughhh I just want to see something at this point!!!

i hear you. i am sure he understands your frustrations (and mine) he is just probably overwhelmed and needs help... that is beyond our control and 7-8 months is way too long to wait.

as for botching the videos, that would not be in his
best interest so I dont think that is going to happen as a matter of fact, now that he knows you are posting specifically about him and his business on LIW, Im sure he will do everything that he can to make it phenominal ... again, this is his business we are talking about (right, ray? )

Dont worry, the video will be gorgeous although the timeline hasnt been acceptable!

I sent ray ANOTHER email 2 weeks ago and he promised that my video would be ready this week, by friday the LATEST... well that has come and gone. Obviously he has committed to way more than he/they can handle at this point

Coming up on 9 months and nothing. I could have had an infant by now it takes longer to make a video than a baby
