I am going BM dress shopping tomorrow!

I'm in my cousins wedding now - 8 girls. YOU ARE THE FINAL DECISION. The BM will need a common enemy! Pick a general style BEFORE THE STORE - ie strapless, long, 2 piece. And go in there with a general color scheme so you can have a mental picture of what the dress will look like. Don't let them fight it out - tell them to come up with two or 3 styles they like and you pick the final one. It's the only democratic way. But who knows - they could all agree!!! Don't worry and show up pictures!

I will! I have a general color idea, I like black, silver, or navy. I also like the separates.

Just let them know it - we went to 500 stores because we had girls in all different shapes and sizes so it was REALLY DIFFICULT! Two pieces hides a lot of bad areas so it works well! Just lay out the groundrules before you leave because once you get there it's dress crazy!!!!

I think it will be okay- I am not that picky. I am hoping that we pick something tomorrow so we don't have to go again- it is hard to get everyone together. Two of the girls are very pregnant right now, so they won't even want to try stuff on.

I've had friends pregnant and right after pregnancy being BM and they look great in something shimmery! I dont know how close the wedding is but that might be something to think about?

Well, my wedding is in October, and the two that are pregnant now will have had the baby by then. (one in august, one in june). One of the other ones is hoping to be pregnant at that time, though. I wonder how to handle that? I guess she should order a really big size?
