Gift for a first time mom

My MOH just had her first child (I'm so happy!) and I want to get her the perfect gift.

What did you get that you thought was great? Would you prefer something for you or for the baby?

my FSIL had her baby last year and i didn't really get her anything big .. BUT i got the baby this great gift. it's this throw/quilt in a winnie the pooh design from things remembered with her name on it .. FSIL loved it

I'm getting her a gift certificate to a spa for being my MOH (the wedding is in July) so maybe I'll get something for the baby.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll hit Things Remembered this weekend!

As a parent I can tell you that a gift for my baby is a gift for me so I think you should get something for the baby.

What about this:

I got one for my son with the navy mat and the natural wood, it looks so cute on his wall.
