Video after the wedding?

My husband and I were married July 26 of 2008. We used Steve Rosen for our videographer. He was very kind and extremely professional. My question is this- how long does it generally take to receive your video footage? I ask because we have not yet received the footage due to some extraneous circumstances (that he did inform us about). However, we had some difficulty contacting him here and there and were wondering if another couple had used his services? Has anyone heard of, or personally used Enchanted Video Productions and received their video? If so, how long did it take you to get your video? Any help would alleviate the stress of a worrying bride!

sorry, i am not familiar with your vendor. we got ours in about 4 months. i think most people get it by 6 months ? when did you last hear from him? good luck!

I was told I would have mine in about 2 weeks or so & I got married in Nov.

Sorry I did not use that vendor. I got married July 4th. and still do not have mine. But he told us ahead of time that he was backed up and that we would have it by the end of January. I was supposed to call last week but i was too lazy!! I better do it this week!!

I used him as well and we haven't received our video yet...but I haven't really called him on it. He was calling me and recently sent me a 3 minute trailer of our video...I called him back to tell him it was good but haven't heard back from him. I am worried now that so many people are waiting for their videos...I might try calling him again today and see if he returns my call.

mine took a while...My wedding was in august..and I didn't get mine until november..

Hey, I have to bump this topic because I have not yet received my video from Steve Rosen and my wedding was June of 08. I think he may be having some personal issues that are causing him to be behind on his work. I am a very patient person, but am starting to worry a little. Just wondering if anybody actually used him and got their video back and what the quality of it was, how long it took, etc.?????????????

If anyone is still paying attention...we still have no news from our videographer. My husband was successful in finally getting a raw footage which is good. He is now claiming to us that his 'computer ' is in shambles and that he lost 'all his information.' It is one excuse after another with him. I still haven't heard from anyone who has received a video from him....

No, I haven't heard of that vendor. I got married in Sept 2008. We received our video 5 months after. We are going to get oour albums this weekand.

I do not think it should take over a year to get the video that insane! I would press charges soon if I didn't hear from the videographer. Sounds like a Help Me Howard situation!!!!
