Yup, I'm bored.

I'm making baked pork chops with cornflake crumbs, baked yams and potatoes and fresh spinach with garlic and oil.

Sounds good! What do you season your grilled shrimp with? There are so many possibilities!

I'll marinate them with a little salt and some of the garlic oil for 45 minutes or so while I roast the tomatoes. I don't like pepper so I never include that in my seasonings.
The tomatoes are roasted in a bit of olive oil, slivered garlic, kosher salt and some thyme sprigs.
That all gets tossed with hot pasta, a bit more oil or some of the pasta cooking water if it is dry, some salt for seasoning.

I like the way you think
Friday is my night off from cooking. Then we order out.

It is! I was hesitant to try these crumbs, since I grew up with regular Italian breadcrumbs, but am SO glad that I tried them! They are the best!!!!!!!

I blame it on my mom...I grew up having my grandma, and my uncle cooking...I can cook but do it once a week if I can remember...lol DH cooks more than I do maybe 2 x's a week. On weekends I tend to call my mom to see what's for dinner then we go over...she lives 4 blocks away I tell DH to ask me to cook cause if he doesn't I completely forget that a wife should cook, but I guess he doesn't like asking...his loss...lol. But dont get me wrong...we are in school mon-thurs and now its 3 weeks off.

all your meals sound delish! I'm probably goign to heat up some leftovers from the cooking class i took the other night. Soba noodles and spinach, poletna with white beans and brown butter sauce and some duck and teriyake veggies!
