Can someone explain what it is,..we have a Wii we never use...what is this Wii Fit thing??? TIA

I have it... though I havent used it in a while. It comes with a board that use basically stand on and do activities. There are four catergories of games/activities... aerobics, strength training, yoga, and hmm I cant remember the other. Its fun though. You don't really realize that you are working out.
