I freaking LOVE biggest loser... I love in the intro how Bob said.. this show won't work for you if you're eating ice cream while watching.. I looked at DH and said 'I ALWAYS DO THAT!!!'

For some reason I always eat more when Biggest Loser is on - and I'm a personal trainer!
