BORED: Name a place in the US you have always wanted to go.

I am bored out of my mind today - I have some work to do but not that much and I am here until 6

So I thought we could have a discussion about the places we want to go but haven't yet. I really want to go to Colorado, Memphis and Nashville, Montana (dude ranch), and the smoky mountains. DH and I were just talking yesterday about taking a long camping trip near Asheville NC ... MAYBE someday we can do it ....

What about you girls???

I would love to go to Santa Barbara, not sure why or CA for that matter, have never been!

Alaska (after meeting a couple on the honeymoon that did a cruise there in August and talking to them about it)

We went to hawaii for our HM! We went to the black sand beach and it was awesome but we couldn't lay out because the water was really rough. Here's a picture

There's only one place that I can think of in the United States that I really want to visit and have yet to go:

HAWAII!

I have alot! I feel that I have been many places especially since I drove cross country but there are still many more places to go!

Zion Nat'l Park is beautiful too and reminds me of Sedona alot.

I went to Montana a couple of years ago, and we stayed on a dude ranch. At first I was skeptical, but went cause it was a bunch of friends and figured it would be fun...it was beyond amazing. If you can go, definitely do it. I really want to go back there again...just beautiful, and such a different kind of vacation!!!

I went to Montana a couple of years ago, and we stayed on a dude ranch. At first I was skeptical, but went cause it was a bunch of friends and figured it would be fun...it was beyond amazing. If you can go, definitely do it. I really want to go back there again...just beautiful, and such a different kind of vacation!!!

yeah, we do the non-traditional vacation thing A LOT. So much so that I am dying to go on a vacation that I can just lay in the sun and NOT sight see, not sleep in a tent. I love the outdoors ... but I also like the beach as long as it's not 105 degrees.... maybe sometime soon I can get a weekend on a beach ....

Well, like I said, I LOVED Montana, so if you are ever looking to go, I can send you the info of the place we stayed...it was just fantastic...

The beach vacations allow me to lay around like a beached whale

I would love to go to Zion and Yellowstone National Parks.
I went to Disneyworld when i was little, but i don't remember much, so i would love to go there!

Ladies who want to go to Hawaii, GOOOOO...save your money and GO!! It was the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life. Pictures do not do it justice. I am so grateful we were able to go for our HM.


But one place I'd like to go would be New Orleans for Mardi Gras!
