Wedding Day Shoes
My wedding is in July and I havent found a pair of shoes that are comfortable enough to walk around in and dance in all day. I need to find a pair soon for my fitting. What shoes did you wear on your wedding day? were they comfortable? would you recommend them?TIA

I had the same shoes and I adored them!!! After the wedding I dyed them black and wore them again to another wedding. Love them!

Hi Tamara, I will try to upload a pic later...my shoes had 2' inch heels though. Anything higher and I wouldn't have been able to walk lol
Have you thought about wearing a different pair of shoes for your reception (ballet slippers or bridal flip flops)?

These are very very nice! I'm just so used to wearing a higher heel, that's what I keep looking for.

I'll have to bring a pair of these, just in case. But, I'm hoping to find a medium heel shoe that will be comfortable enough to keep on all day. If this kind of shoe exsists. lol

I was so worried about this because I have foot problems...mine were from Nina, they were really great and under 100.I actually bought two other pairs in colors, because they were the highest heels I ever got away with.

Re: Wedding Day Shoes
i got these from Sandy's, they had the cheapest price. I have to admit that my feet were hurting by the end of the night, but i think its because my body wasn't used to having all that extra weight from the dress. My feet were really swollen and i walked into the hotel barefoot! Funny how you don't feel the pain while your partying!

These were my shoes -- Grace Chole. I wore mine all day and they were completely comfortable even with a 3.5 inch heel!
Ohhhh good to know. I got Grace shoes very similar to that. They FEEL comfortable but I asked myself with such a high heel, would they be? But you said they are so I am psyched.

These are really pretty as well. I like this heel, this is the kind of heel I'm looking for and if you say they're comfortable, great! I've been searchng for peep-toe but I may have to compromise on this. lol

i switched into these after the CH - they were like slippers. I got them at Macys on clearance for like $20. They were ivory and matched my dress perfectly!

Re: Wedding Day Shoes
mine were actually very comfy! I wore them the whole time and I wasn't like dying at the end of the night. I had gotten dyables for a wedding I was in and those are by far the most uncomfortable sort of shoes ever! I was like beyond hurting the entire time!! So I don't reccomemend getting those- although it may depend on the style. For my wedding I got shoes from Ann Taylor. They really were comfy for me!

Re: Wedding Day Shoes
I went with 1.5 inch (due to DH's stature) red heels from DSW.I wear them all the time.
It was bad enough I had to buy a dress I would only wear once...let alone a pair of shoes!
