Halloween Costumes!

Got part of my costume today! I got my suit blazer and skirt! I think Im gonna order the glasses...and FH and I are gonna make buttons that say

'McCain and Palin: Just a Couple of Mavericks' we have to design them...hey Mrs.Fazz where are ya!

(By the way, we are being John McCain and Sarah Palin

)

I just bought mine today also....I think FH lurks so I dont wanna say yet cause its a surprise for him. He is going to be the scary puppet from Saw.

ugh we STILL did not get to the store. I don't think we're getting full blown costumes anymore, we can't justify spending 80 plus tax on it this year. I'm so disappointed! Maybe I can find an inexpensive girl referee costume somewhere and FH can just wear his Islanders jersey.

i didnt get to wear my costume last night, i was soo sick! i was supp to be a candy corn witch and fh was gonna wear his mechanic outfit from work lol

Well, after going to 3, count em 3, stores today, and being too cheap to buy olive oyl and popeye, too modest to buy the skanky ref costume (holy skirt above the butt!), and just not finding anything, we came home dejected...

Then I decided to take out years past costumes and see if we could reprise anything, and decided to put my long red wig on FH for kicks and giggles. An 80's glam hair metal god was born!!!

Then I put pink lipstick and purple lip liner on him to complete the look

I'm going to wear leggings, a jean jacket, corset, tease my hair, and be his groupie haha. Best thing besides getting to put a ridiculous amount of makeup on FH is that it's completely free!!! Woo to going from $80 plus to $0!!!

we are going as day of dead bride and groom FH's idea - he was really excited about it which was cute - that it would be funny b/c it was the year we are getting married - put this in another post but bought a wedding dress for 8.00 in a thrift store - wish mine was that cheap
