HELP PLEASE

I am doing the belly bands for my invites and I am doing the labeal(or seals) that will be attached. If you look in my album under diy, you can see that I have already done my monogram with just the first initial but no I want to add the last name initial as a watermark. Does anyone know how to add the watermark so it appears in each box? I know how to do a watermark but everytime I apply it, it centers itself in the middle of the page as a whole. I made the labels in the label section in Word and I can't for the life of me figure out the watermark part. I'll try to post a pic if I could find what I'm talking about.

Is there no option to highlight the water marked letter and then move it in the center, left, right like you could do to normal text?? What program are you using?
