Please help me with my labels!!!
These labels are driving me crazy!!!
I feel like an idiot that I can't figure them out!!
I have an excel sheet and a word file. How in the world do I format it to make each label different. I'm working on a Mac, but I'll figure out how to translate from a PC (haha)...anyway, can anyone help!!??? Thanks!!

Re: Please help me with my labels!!!
i did all of mine in word. go to 'tools' then select labels.select the correct size/brand of the label you are using.
we used AVERY 18660 (1 x 2 5/8')
then we cut and pasted all of the names into the label.
Print preview
then i deleted out all of those names, and cut and pasted the next set of names and addresses....
sorry, its hard to explain on here...

Re: Please help me with my labels!!!
You need to do a mail merge. Then in there select lables and follow the steps. it should bring up a wizaed of sorts. towards the end there will be a spot where you can edit all labels choose this and it will print each one!! If you need me to do the merge for you...you can fm and I you can email me and I will do for you!!!!!

Re: Please help me with my labels!!!
OK, that definitely helps...it kept making a sheet of labels for just one address...now, when I paste it, it's pasting all of the information into 1 label...how do I fix that?

Re: Please help me with my labels!!!
I cut and pasted each individual one to each label from a separate word doc. there is prob a better way to do it. but i just did it that way...it didnt take long at all..(use control v and control C - its alot faster) to cut and paste.

Re: Please help me with my labels!!!
Try this: Go into Word and click on labels. Select the size you want and then click new documet. It will then bring up a sheet that has the separate labels on one page. Then just copy and paste your info. That way when you're done you can just print out the labels by sheets as oppose the filling in, printing, deleting and filling in again. That's how i made the labels for my belly bands. I sized it to 2.5x2.5 and i get about 9 on a sheet.
