random questions...

hey Girls...

me and FH are babysitting my MOHs baby boy...soo cute! Good practice but to be honest we arent ready for our own. annywayyy..its been a fun night. Now both the baby and Fh are sleeping so of course I'm talking to you girls!

Lots of phone calls today...florist...photographer... and carltun (our rehearsal dinner is there)

soo did you girls go to florist to talk about what you want and then go back again to see a sample?

also with the photographer..did you pick your package before the wedding and if so did you pay in full before wedding or do you pay part?

I explained what I wanted to the florists when i spoke with them initially. I emailed them pictures and when we went for our first meeting they had a sample waiting for us to see.

As for the photographers, we did pick a package before hand because I wanted it on our contract. We'll have 90% of it paid before the wedding. The other 10% will be paid when we pick up our proofs.

I told the florist what I wanted. He said I can come into see a sample 6-8 weeks before wedding. As for photographer we paid a part of it when we booked then, have a another payment due soon and then the final payment is due when we pick up pictures..

Went through pics of what we wanted with the florist at our first meeting...then he did a sample for us a mont before the wedding and it was perfect!

We picked our package with the photog when we booked, we customized ours and I wanted it in the contract. We only had to pay 50% two weeks before the wedding and then the other 50% when we pick up proofs, which should be this coming week!!

I talked to my florist ahead of time and then had the sample centerpiece there waiting for us.... he tweaked it as we went.... since I did not meet him before hand nor had I actually been the one to talk to him. But once he meet me and I showed him some picutres of more of the direction I was going he took it in the back and changed a few things around and flowers and it came out so amazing! So you should be able to see your sample and as long as it's not much altering should be able to do it all in one visit

we had a meeting with the florist, showed him pics and told him my ideas then he did the same...about 2 weeks later went to see the sample!
