Not having flowers!! is it too sweet 16!!
Hello everyone I am having such a dilemma , i decided to make my own centerpieces. I love the way they came out but when I showed a girl at work she said they looked to sweet 1!
They are 3 tiered candles with silk leaves floating inside and then silk leaved outside is this too tacky or sweet 16ish??

I'm doing candle centerpieces. I don't care if they look tacky to anyone else, I love the idea. And it's a huge budget saver. Tell your friend she is more than welcome to shell out a couple thousand for flowers when her wedding comes around.

I am thinking of doing my own CP's because it will save a lot of money. In the same breath I am going to check out Stop and Shop and see what they have to offer. i've seen pictures of what they have done and they come out great!

i posted them when i first made them and i thought they came out good! she tend to think that silk leaves look cheap here is the pic. Tell me what you guys think?? I really want to save some money and not go broke paying 5G's for flowers.

Not Sweet 16 at all, they look really nice actually! Honestly when I think Sweet 16, I think purple and pink balloons! I went to a wedding not too long ago that had something similar and was hoping I would win it, but someone else at the table did Smack that girl in the head next time you see her!!

I think they look great but if you wanted to do some real flower petals just to scatter around that would probably be pretty cheap. You wouldn't even have to tell them it was for a wedding. And either way - def not sweet 16. . I would ask your friend is she wants to pay for the real flowers as her wedding gift since she has such a strong opinion
