I burned the roof of my mouth
I ate ramen yesterday and burned the roof of my mouth. Anything warm or spicy hurts Tomorrow we're going to Melting Pot for my mom's birthday and I know I won't be able to really enjoy it

ok this is gross & it hurts- but it usually works for me- get a q-tip and dab peroxide on it- its stings at first but it will help with the soreness & pain
