Need help with some wedding ceremony ideas...

Hi -
I'm getting married in September of 2009. My fiance and I want a very small wedding ceremony - only 12 - 15 people are going to be invitied. We want to get married in NYC. I am not familiar with NYC at all. I'm looking for a cute place to have the ceremony. So far, the only thing that I have found was City Hall. We don't want to spend a lot of money. Does anyone have any ideas? We were also looking into something similar to a vegas style wedding? If anyone has any ideas please reply to this post.

try and get a permit for one of the parks, central park would be beautiful. im not sure who you would call about that but you could definitly find out by looking it up online. i don't know how 'vegas-y' that would be though.
