Horrible service at Dress shop

I went with my girls to pick up their Bridesmaid dresses today at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and I am still amazed with how RUDE they were. *** I told the seamstress she needed glasses and my sister wanted to tell the woman off that was behind the front desk. I will never get another thing from that store.

Ugg so annoying...i hear ya though. I am making my final payment and picking my dress up and doing fittings somewhere else...unfortunately all my girls still have to get there dresses from there...

I just called the store once and that was plenty for me! I felt like using the line from full house 'How RUDE!'

I had HORRIBLE experiences at Bridal Reflections of massapequa as a BM in my friends wedding. They are rude and ridiculous!

I would never go there, evere.

i got my dress and BM dresses there, i had my girls take their dresses elsewhere and so far ( i had my second fitting today) everything with my dress is fine , no problems

one of my girls was there today and was soo annoyed with them!

I've told them COUNTLESS times how to cut the dress and how we are doing a knot with the sash, they never wrote it on the slip!! Sooo annoying! And they didnt even help her right away, she was ignored for about 15 minutes!

Im surprised!!!! I got my dress and my BM dresses AND FG dresses there and have had no issues at all!!! Do you know names of who these people spoke to so we can make sure we dont get the same rude service....FM if u choose!!! Thanks

yikes, i'm nervous now. this is where i got my dress. they were great the day of, hope it's the same deal when i get alterations. though i will prob get my alterations at their carle place location.

I just did my first fitting and had ZIZI she was great....the woman in bridesmaid section did my mom's dress.....they were okay with us....I guess it all depends who you deal with...because a couple of them have a little 'tude

but thats been my experience with a couple of places....

I don't know the names but the woman behind the desk was a middle aged blonde woman. And the seamstress from hell had a heavy accent (not like that helps...they all do)

I was there last night also. Out of my 8 BMs, 3 dresses needed to be redone because they didn't fit. Then they forgot to put the bustle on one of the dresses, and forgot to hem 2 others. They were really nice and fixed everything for me, but come on!!
