LI Teachers

Are there any other resources I can use to find a job? I have emailed resumes, applies on OLAS, mailed hard copies, made phone calls to make sure my resumes were received. All this and NO interviews!!!

I currently live in Nesconset and tomorrow I am back to work in Staten Island. I am absolutely miserable thinking about my commute the $800 a month I'll spend in gas and tolls.

Does anyone have any advice for me?

I just moved from Staten Island so unfortunately I don't know anyone! I keep giving my resume to my friends who are teachers, but nothing! I would feel a bit better if I got called for at least an interview.

My problem is I have 5 years experiences, my Masters, and I'm tenured, so I think that is making it even harder for me.
