Watch Engraving...need ideas!

hi..

so originally i was going to get a bottle of johnny walker blue and monogrammed glass for my FH as his wedding day gift...after careful consideeration i don't think i want to so i've decided to get him a new watch instead...

any good ideas for engraving?

i was thinking either just the date or:

'til the end of time 10/18/08
