Grooms Cake...Vendors? Ideas? Are you doing one?

I'm thinking about getting a grooms cake for my FH but i'm not sure if i should or where to go...my FMIL is footing the bill which really helps but i have to do all the leg work...here's a pic of my idea (the colors would be grey and black and green though) but if anyone has any suggestions or vendors to recommend i would really appreciate the help!

I am doing one at the wedding, a Yankee theme and it is all rainbow cookie cake!!!! I am getting it from Taste of Home--their desserts are excellent

Our cake is being made by Ellen at create a cake - not a grooms cake but our actual wedding cake is non traditional and all about fh - he is also an avid fisherman

It is $225 feeds about 40 and i left 100.00 down. I didn't care about the price at that point. It is FH birthday the day before the rehearsal dinner and we won't be doing much celebrating with the wedding and all so I thought it would be a good time to do it with all of our closest family and friends there.
