who makes that dress? I tried on a dress similar but it had a band around the waist... I love the low cut front and back, that is what FH wanted to me to wear, well something with the low cuts

Ok ladies....honest opinions. I thought I wanted something with lots of cyrstal etc. and this one has none. Complete opposite :)
