I BUY FLOWERS, FLORIST WILL ARRANGE

Can anyone recommend a florist that will arrange flowers that I will purchase wholesale, and does anyone think I will save money doing the flowers this way.

I would contact the BOCES program near you, they have a floral arranging program....it could be great expereiance for the students. Just a thought.
