Re: Spanx
They work really well to smooth out any lumps and to make the area look neat.
I like all the styles, depends on the dress I guess.

Yep and they are made by the same woman! They are only 20 bucks at target, I bought one last week to go dress shopping and it definitly made it easier

Re: Spanx
There are different levels of control, make sure you've got what you need (and if that's you in the bikini, you don't need much). Style depends on your dress and shoes.

Re: Spanx
I wore spanx to my friends wedding and they really work. They are also very comfortable. I wore the full length pantyhose. I plan on wearing them on my WD but, I'm not sure which ones to get since my shoes are open toe. I really don't like the look of the "capri" length so, I may buy the "boy shorts".

Re: Spanx
Has anyone tried the ones made by Barely There? They look more comfortable at the mid-thigh level (short style) that they are looser & won't give off that "buldge" line...

Re: Spanx
I bought some spanx and saw NO difference between that and my tight tank tops which cost about 1/3 as much.

Re: Spanx
I'll second that! I bought the Target ones in my weight and height range and the cr*tch part didn't go up far enough, it was like between my thighs, and I ended up getting runs and a hole in the back because of it. I wore them three times and had to throw them out - would've rather spent the money on Spanx.
