Mom's wearing black

My bridesmaids are wearing brown tea length dresses, the guys are wearing black tuxes with brown vests, I'm wearing an ivory dress, and my MIL got a black dress. Should my mom also get something black to coordinate or should she get a different color? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Your Mom should wear whatever color she looks good in that you are comfortable with her wearing. I don't think she should wear black unless of course that is what she wants.....and it is usually customary for the MOB to pick her dress and color before the MOG.

I agree with what Lucky2b said.....your mom should wear whatever she likes that you are comfortable with. Also with that combination of colors just about any color will blend in nicely and she will look like the MOB.
