09er Crashing Sorry... I need help from my Woodbury CC girls!!

Ok, we booked WCC for 6/6/09. We got the outside ceremony as well as outside cocktail hour and downstairs room for reception...We are PRAYING for a beautiful day, but what if it isn't a beautiful day? what if it rains?
I forgot to discuss plan B before be booked and now im all nervous before I call my BM as ask. (he comes in at like 1 or 2 pm, so I still hve a little while before I can call)

I didn't book with them but I was recently at a wedding with the same set up and it was a change of showers all day. The outdoor cocktail hour was under a tent and the inside room leading outside was ready to go as a 'just in case'. but again, this is what i saw as a guest, not as the bride

When I was planning to book there (they didn't have my original date available) that's exactly what they told me they would do.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. They are used to it and know exactly what they are doing.

I am also a WCC girl, downstairs, with the outside cocktail hour. I asked Andrew this when we booked, and he said that there is currently the one tent set up where the cocktail hour is. If it rains, they said there will be another one on the other side (I have a large wedding). I trust them, and believe that they will make sure my guests are not standing out in the rain or packed in somewhere like sardines!

yes tent is the backup plan...

thats actually why we DID NOT book the downstaris room and outside... in November i cant worry about rain, snow, or being cold.
