I have an appt with them tommorow at 1pm and I was wondering if anyone has had good experiences with them ... or bad? What are your thoughts?

I booked Flower Michele. John was very nice and makes you feel really comfortable. He wasn't pushy and really lets you feel like you're part of the planning instead of acting like he's the expert and he'll make the flower decisions, you know?
