Over analyzing my RH

Anyone ever 2nd guess their reception hall? I'm getting married at Westbury Manor in less then 2 weeks. I know that it has an amazing reputation but now that it is getting closer I am 2nd guessing some things and driving myself crazy..
The truth is when I first went out looking for RH's I found very few halls that I liked. I was very impressed with many things about WM. Their grounds are beautiful, the reception room is very large They have GREAT food and wonderful service.
The have been nothing but accommodating and wonderful.
Fh and I were there yesterday and I found myself picking the place apart. I dont like the lobby area at all. I dont like how the ceilings are low and there is a lot of dark wood accents. I am much more of a modern look type girl but the truth is I didn't find any other place out there that I liked more.
The only other place I think I would have liked in my price range was Villa Lombardis but my BFF had gotten married there and I didn't want to have a copycat wedding.

I am a perfectionist. I think that is why I'm am analyzing these details so much. Have any other brides out there gone through this klnda stuff? or is it just me being crazy? TIA

Re: Over analyzing my RH

I went through the same thing but in the beginning! Now that I've been there a few times, I am very comfortable and have a sense of peace when I'm at my RH.

Relax and enjoy your wedding. i've never heard a complaint about WM so you will loooovveeee having your wedding there.

Better to be second guessing your RH as opposed to your FH!!!!!!! No matter where your day unfolds, it is still going to be incredible. Embrace everything.

Re: Over analyzing my RH

Don't worry! You picked WM for all really good reasons and you will love it on your wedding day. I was MOH for my BF's wedding at WM and it was great. The cocktail hour is amazing. My mom (who can be very picky) thought it was one of the best cocktail hours she had been to. She loved not only the atmosphere but also the food. You are going to have a great day and so are your guests.

Re: Over analyzing my RH

Don't drive yourself crazy so soon before your wedding day!! There is nothing you could possibly do about it now, so it's not worth the frustration! The WB is beautiful and you definitely chose it for a reason.. I think it's just your nerves getting to you. Just relax and enjoy every minute of YOUR day!

I think everyone second guesses their choices at one time or another. Just remember why you chose to have it there and think of how beautiful your wedding will be!

very nicely said

its 2 weeks before the wedding, focus on marrying your best friend. I am sure it will look beautiful the day of your wedding and like you said, the food is incredible, the grounds are beautiful the service is great, all that sounds great to me and will make for an amazing wedding. The rooms looks so different when they are all done up for a wedding, dont think about how you have seen the room but instead start picturing your cp's, your little details and everything else which will be the things that stand out to you that day
