How many programs for ~ 190 people?

150? more? less? I don't know if people normally take one per person or per couple? Should I just make a lot of extras to be safe?

Edit: getting married at NRC so I expect all guests to attend the ceremony as well

I would do one for each person if you are getting married at the same place as reception with no break inbetween. Since I am marrying at a church 4 hours before reception I will prob only make 50% programs.

I would make one per couple + a little - so maybe 130 or so. I made 100 programs for 160 people (got married at the same place as my reception) and I had some leftover. I told the people handing them out to do one per couple.

we made a little more than 1 per couple, to account for the singles who came.

1/2 of 190 is 95 .... depending on the # of singles, you'd probably be ok somewhere around 115 - 125 i guess??

I have 200 people coming so I'm making 120. I think that's plenty.

Thanks for asking this, I was wondering the same thing. The Chapel at Kings Pt is right next to the RH and we are thinking we will have 170. Thanks all the specifics everyone wrote is very helpful.

You really don't need more than 100. Couples will take one...families that have kids will just take for the adults. Some won't even take them.
