QOTD 7/4/08
So, in the spirit of the 4th, I figured I'd post this . I know this was on a few other boards already but I figured it was interesting to try. I got a 75%! Its embarassing

i got 90%... i missed the INS form one and the 13 orig states (narrowed it down to 2, must have picked wrong)
i wouldnt have known a lot of these if it wasnt for law school. the chief justice of the supreme court actually taught my conlaw class for a day so i remembered him!

I got an 85%, but that was because of the who chooses the supreme court justices. The president nominates, the senate confirms. The president cant just choose anyone he wants. They explain it in the answer, but the INS answer is incorrect

FH and I cheated and took it together we got an 85%. We missed the INS question, FH got caught up on the same question eternitybride did (president selects, senate confirms) and we missed the voting rights question.
