Le Blanc Cancun??

FH and I have no idea where to go on our Honeymoon. We have narrowed it down to caribbean or Mexico. FH is opposed to going to Cancun but after reading reviews on trip Advisor I feel that Le Blanc might be the way to go. I have heard many mixed reviews regarding Sandals. I want our honeymoon to be amazing. Has anyone been to both Sandals Regency St Lucia and Le Blanc. I do not want to be disappointed. I have traveled a lot via timeshare and feel that Sandals may not meet my expectations. Help Please? Oh and I have tons of time getting married June 09

We've been to Le Blanc and we loved it. The resort is beautiful and they have an amazing spa. It also had one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in. A few things to be aware of:

It's relatively small. FH and I prefer that over a larger resort, but some people may like the activities that a larger resort will have.

They don't have 'real' balconies. They have french balconies. Again, we didn't mind b/c the hot tub in our room was right in front of the french balcony, overlooking the pool area and ocean.
