Are people really doing something old something new something borrowed something blue...

If so, what are your ideas?

I do plan on doing it, as of now i really don't know what the items are going to be-i'm hoping that my family members will help on this one

i will have three something old..
1. my grandmothers ring (she passed away when my mom was 18) my mom has two and gave one to my sister on her wedding day and i will get the other one on my wedding day.
2. my other grandmothers handkerchief that she used on her wedding day. my sister also used it and had my grandparents initials and wedding date embroidered on it along with hers and then the rest of the grandchildren will be added.
3. a piece of my mothers wedding dress that was ruined in a leak in their house right after my parents got married. my sister used it to wrap her bo-k with but i want to do something different with it.. its a small piece so it might be hard.

my something borrowed will probably be my moms necklace.

my something new.. idk??

and something blue... my underwear?!!?

and dont forget the six pence for your shoe!!

My something old: i have jewelry from pageant days that goes perfectly with my dress, so I will be going with that

Something New: not sure yet, maybe shoes if that counts

Something Borrowed: I am not sure yet,

Something Blue: probably the garter, or a foundation garment
