ideas for beachy table numbers

Hi ladies...anyone have any pics/ideas for beach/seashell table numbers?!!

So far I only came up with naming each table a different seashell and the photo would be the shells. What do you DIY divas think??

what about writing numbers in the sand and then framing the pics. Thats what I will do

i've seen the photos of the number in the sand, seashells, sanddollars.....jess(Aug07OFCbride) did message in a bottle...it was really cute! so many fun things u can do :) good luck!

(ps: also, instead of table numbers u can also give each table a name...for instance all different beaches or Islands..so instead of 'Table Three' they can be seated at 'Jones Beach' or 'Hawaii' ??? just an idea

I'd either paint the numbers on sand dollars or go to the beach, write numbers in the sand, scatter the numbers with some nice props (shells, starfish, etc), and take pics of that. Make sure you go when the tide's going out.

i like writing the names on shells and having a sandollar or something with the table number on a holder or something

I am going to the beach this week to take pics of the numbers in the sand and will be gluing mini-shells to the placecards...I wish I had time to be more creative than this but I only have two weeks to go and many more DIYs....
