Land's End and Flowerfield brides past and present...please help!!!!

Hello ladies....We are under our mininum by about 20 people....has anyone experienced this at LE or Flowerfield and were they open to upgrades in lieu of the guests? (Or did you get to take a lot of dinners home LOL???)

Thank you so much in advance for your help!!! We are just not sure what to expect when we tell them we are under our mininum (including vendors, one child and ourselves)! ANY feedback about this is helpful to us!
