XP: Post office question
I don't know if anyone knows the answer but...my dad is so sweet and bought 400 of the purple heart stamps a few months ago. This is when they were 41c.
My question is...can I return them to get stamps that are the exact cost of my 7x7 pocketfolds? I can't even use them for the RSVPs without buying the 1c stamps.
