DIY card boxes

really wanna make my own wedding card box. Can you guys post ideas for me. Im not sure where to start.

I bought four frames from Michaels and my dad put together the rest and i got the pictures ready

I'm actually beginning to attempt something like this. I just bought the boxes on e-bay. I found alot of other shapes too when I googled 'paper mache boxes'.
