Recommend Your Gym in Nassau..Not NYSC

HI Everyone,

I currently belong to NYSC and even though it is a good gym, I don't go enough to make the $70 a month worth while.

Can anyone recommend a gym or fitness routine that will not be nearly as expensive yet still productive. I currently live in Island Park so anywhere in Nassau would be great.

I pay about $35 each for golds gym in Lynbrook. They don't have TV's on every machine, but I think its fine for me!

I pay $20 / month for Planet Fitness in Carle Place -

the gym is clean and they have a 30 minute circuit, in addition to all their machines - its pretty big. Only thing is they don't offer classes.

Try looking on their website, they may even have other locations.

Sky Athletic Gym in Rockville Centre is great. I joined a few months ago. Great hours - open early and late. The classes are amazing and its reasonably priced - i think i pay about 55 a month

I pay 40/month at synergy. i go to the one in levittown but they have a bunch in nassau

I go to Bally's in Levittown and pay $46/month - unlimited classes! I really enjoy it, when I get time to go lol

Congrats everyone!

I am a member of Xsport fitness also. Its totally worth the $49 a month. They have everything there. My only issue is that parking can sometimes be a pain but the valet service makes up for that.
