black and white wedding

I am having my main colors as black and white with accents of tiffany blue, I was hoping for advice on how to decorate, color of flowers etc.

I also saw on a tv show today an idea I really liked, it was teal with black swirls table runners on top of black table clothes. ok so my question would be where can I find these runners or where could I find fabric to have them made. What kind of fabric should I buy.

I would like to also add that I'm am also using butterflies in the wedding. Here is a copy of my save the dates. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is obviously NOT teal but you can use it as a base -the yellow could be swapped out for teal and you get some more ideas.
