MOB dress
Went to Totally You (Kathy, thanks for the tip) and tried on a couple of dresses for the wedding that looked really nice. Does anyone know how long it generally takes to order it? They told me 3 1/2 months, but that sounded kind of long. I'd like to try and wait until the middle of July when my daughter will be up from NC and she can help me choose which one. -Kathy

Re: MOB dress
Hi... It really depends on the dress. My duaghter's mother-in-law and I both ordered from Bridal Reflections...same manufacturer...she ordered way before me and my dress was in way before hers!! It could take that long but Totally You has alot of different sizes, I am not sure if they sell right off the rack. I know that Sugar Plum sells right of the rack and then you bring it back later on for alterations. I am so glad you started looking. Maybe you could narrow it down before your daughter comes home. Good luck and happy shopping! Kathy

Re: MOB dress
Hi Kathy, yes unfortunately it can take that long but it can also come in a week or so. There really is no way to tell...it all depends on what they have in stock at the manufacturere/designer. My gown for my older son's wedding in 2003 took about 3 1/2 4 months to come in and my gown for Peter's wedding took 2 weeks so you never know.
Good luck and post so we can see it after you order it.
Liz
