WII FIT

Some of the brides on the 2010 board were talking about this. I must be living under a rock cause I have no clue what it is.
Anyone have this or hear of it? What exactly is it and how much is it?

Its a program that you use w/ the wii. People say its like having your own personal trainer!! its about $100 w/ tax. But good luck finding it....a lot of stores are sold out. hth

i have the fit and it is worth the money. There is yoga, strength training and other things on there too. There are also 'games' on there like hoola hoop that you dont think would be a good workout but it really is!!

I absolutely love the Wii Fit, but I would say that it is not enough to help you lose weight. Maybe a few pounds if you stick with it and do the Hula Hoop ALOT. But, mostly you'll need more cardio and to cut back on calories.
