Shopping Today With Mom!!

Today is a mother and daughter day! Mom and I are going out all day to shop for wedding accesories for me and a dress for her! We are gonna hit JC Penny's they are having a huge sale today!! and then we are going out to a late lunch/early dinner!!

I hope she finds something!!!

All of you moms that knew the story about my mom not particapting in my wedding..she is now!!! And has come around!!! With only 4 months to go and 118 days to go!!

YAY!!!

Mom and I had a blast today...but we got nothing acomplished! We didn't find her a dress...

All the dresses she loved where too much money!! From $300 and up! I told her I think she would do better at Estelle Dressy Dresses! That's where I always get my dresses evertime I have a wedding to go to!

What do you mom's think?? Where should my mom go?

Jennifer, I'm sorry it didn't go well today. I can't advise you on the store you're speaking of, because I don't live in N.Y. Hope Mom finds a dress!!! I know it's frustrating!! Mary MOB

Hi,
I am glad you and your mom are in a good place with the wedding, how wonderful. Maybe try some other department stores, there are always lots of sales and selection at Macy's at Roosevelt field. Estelles I hear has alot of dresses, as well. Have you ever looked in Totally You on Merrick Road in Seaford. They have alot of dress in lots of sizes and are very competitive in their pricing.

Glad to hear that you had a good time shopping together. Shopping always has a way of bringing mothers and daughters together!

I second for Macy's and also Lord & Taylor. Sometimes they have pretty good sales and keep an eye out for those coupons! Keep us posted on your progress!

We went today to Estelles. We found a ew mom liked but not in her size..overall Estelle's was not a good choice. We are gonna check ot Bayshore Mall next weekend. The wedding is not till September so she still has time!!!
