Real Estate Forecast Article ...

I figured that since I haven't posted one of these articles in awhile and there seems to be such a great interest in the subject ... here goes!

Will real estate stay hot in 2003

Sales were gangbusters in 2002, should be strong in 2003. But a big budget deficit could do it in.

Re: Real Estate Forecast Article ...

NOOOOO!!!! I was waiting for the market to slow down this year!!! Well, anything is possible - and I have seen a small change recently - houses on the market for longer, and a few (insanely overpriced) are actually reducing their asking prices. Maybe there's hope for us potential buyers after all....

Cira, thanks for sharing this article. I think it's a good representation of all the different economical, political and demographical factors that impact the real estate market.

Re: Real Estate Forecast Article ...

I'm glad and Teri, I know and feel your pain! The Real Estate market is hard to predict, so any analyst's projections can be off ... they are ... just that ... projections!
