I take one Centrum every morning and I also take some others that my doctor recommended. The brand I take is Nature Made.

I take New Chapter Stress Support Multi Vitamins and Daily Foods Hair Skin and Nails. I take both brands three times a day.

I take a vitamin supplement that is custom made for you based on a test. I used to sell for the company, but now I just take the products. I love them and the fact that they are customized appealed to me.
