Fat Smash Diet

This is the diet used on Celebrity Fit Club. Anyone else try it?

I'm trying to slim down for summer...just 7 or 8 lbs. I've been on the Fat Smash Diet for 3 weeks so far and lost 3 lbs.

In the first few phases you have to detox, then slowly start introducing other foods like meat...so it's a little bit hard to find food that fits the diet when you go out to eat, or when I have lunch at work, there aren't that many healthy lunch options unless I bring something.

Sometimes I cheat a little on the diet, but it has helped me learn what's good to eat vs bad. And the good thing is, I've learned there are many healthy, low fat foods I actually love to eat now, like oatmeal, fruits and yogurt.

i tried it i actually have the book ... its good you do loose alot but u might get slightly light headed at first since u have to start with a 9 day detox ... i changed it to fit me and i had only one meal a day and then i had ...water fruits and veggies the rest of the day
