I'm happy there is an 03 board I was feeling left out.

Gee, I understand that there are several of you 9/03 brides but I was feeling left out. I'm August 30, 2003, can't I be on the board too???

I'm with you bali... I'm 10/03 I thought it was nice that LIW included us all too I think they're running out of room on top...

Well I think 9/03 brides wanted their own, but it was named 03 brides instead, I'm not sure if I'll post under here though... looks like we might not be welcomed

I think some Sept brides are upset because they asked LIW for their own board. Which they had the right to do, ya know? I don't know maybe I'm just in that kind of mood... pms'ing, ya know?

I agree Balilove!! I'm getting married 8-29. There aren't many August brides on here and I was feeling left out too It's not our fault that we have an unpopluar month.

We only got a Sept board b/c we hit 1000 posts - we didn't ask for it. The reason we had so many was b/c we wanted to chat with other brides on the same time table as us. August and Oct brides - we'd love to chat with you, too - you're basically on the same schedule.

I didn't realize that you guys felt this way!!! I don't mean to be a ***** about it but I feel like maybe they should do June-December 03 board and February through May 03 board... Everyone who is on these boards is basically 03 and 04. I think that there is one 05 person... What is she supposed to do? I think if you guys feel this way, maybe they should get rid of the slim board, the May board (gulp) and the 04 board!!! This only makes sense if they are getting rid of BHB.

I know there are some brides who are getting married in July. We might have to endure some hot weather - so we should be included too!

I am worried about the heat as well, FH HATES the heat and is already stressing me out about taking pics outside. We are getting married in Aug, and the man wants to take ALL the pics inside so he wont have to sweat outside. Its enough to drive me crazy

Hi girls..I'm Aug 29th and have you realized that for the past 3 years Labor Day weekend has been HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets hope this year it is VERY different!!

I talked to my hairdresser the other night and told her I wanted it up with straight hair down in the front...she said are you CRAZY...You have curly hair that you want to look striaght in Aug???

Betty, I wouldn't worry about the rain so much, did you go to the farmer's almanac site or any of the weather sites, even the umbrella wedding insurance site for August 30th it has only rained 3 times in 45 years the almanac said. It does seem to rain on Labor Day itself, so maybe we are blessed and the rain will just miss us.

About the heat, I'm getting married at 7pm, the temperature drops significantly after the sun begins to descent but taking pics is a good idea if you are too hot. I hear we will need to have finishing powder with us to assure not shininess with our make-up. I think we will have beautiful days..my family hangs rosaries out to prevent rain..a wise tale but worth it.

My Church is at 5 and reception at 8. We are going to a park to take pics...HOT....HOT...HOT and FH is ALWAYS hot. Should be interesting
