POWER PLATE

Hi does anyone use the power plate at the gym or have one at home and what do you think of it?

Power plate,hmm, it has its purposes.

If used the right way in addition to a weight training program it definitly helps. It works for activating your muscles as well.

It's also amazzzzinnng for stretching.

Just curious, where did you see one?

yeah apparently madonna swears by it.

We have one at my gym thats why I asked. If you live in like central suffolk - LIE exit 60ish you should come down and try it out.
