Daytime Wedding Tux dillema...

Guys opinions appreciated.

So the ceremony is at around 3pm outdoors. Wedding is casual elegant and my guy wants to wear a tux, because he wants to buy a tux, because he thinks hes going to live the life of James Bond in the near future.

I was thinking navy suit, white shirt, no tie, lime green hanki...

And groomsmen, maybe navy blazer with chinos..

I don't know, what are your thoughts?
