Hawaii Hotel help!!

HI there- are you going to Hawaii for your honeymoon? We just booked our tickets and now we're trying to decide which hotels to stay at. We are going to Maui, Honolulu and the Big Island. Any ideas about hotels? We were looking at the Hyatt in Maui and Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu and another Hilton in Kona. Any other suggestions?? Thanks!

Re: Hawaii Hotel help!!

We are thinking about the Hilton Hawaiian in Honolulu too. Its between this hotel and Halekulani. Halek. has a special rate now called the Sunrise package that includes breakfast. Minimum is 3 nights and the garden view rooms are $295 +tax.
I have heard the difference between the two is the property and service. Hilton has a lot of property while Hale. service is top notch.

Re: Hawaii Hotel help!!

I think all those choices are great, from what I hear the hilton on big island has a gondola and disney type of vegas feel which isnt bad i thought it might be a nice change but we decided against staying on the big island after all. Hope this helps and good luck!

Re: Hawaii Hotel help!!

Hawaii is popular here, you might find out a lot of info if you do a search.

BUT to answer you question, I am also staying at the Hyatt in Maui, and I heard it's fabulous

Re: Hawaii Hotel help!!

Thanks guys! It just seems so wierd that a Hyatt would be more money than a 4 Seasons in Maui so I was just checking to see if it was that fabulous. I'm going to do a search now- Thanks!
