Silly Q of the Day....(Not wedding related at all)

So me, DH, and some of our friends were watching TV and the Valtrex commercial came on. DH's friend is an actor so we asked him if he would ever do a herpe commercial where he had to say, 'I have genital herpes...' He said he didnt think he would do it even if it paid 5 digits! If you were offered a chance to do a Valtrex commercial would you do it???

I dont think I could!! What if people recognized you in the street??!!

OMG!!! Was he even worried about doing that commercial. What if youre at a bar trying to get laid and some chick is like, 'Arent you in the Valtrex commercial?'

My sister was actually offered a job for something like this She does modeling on the side. Needless to say she DID NOT do it I wouldnt either. Who wants to be known as 'that person from the herpes commercial'. Then again, if the paycheck is pretty - who knows?? JMO though.

I think national commercials pay pretty well!! I would turn it down but it would be SO HARD!!!

i dont know him personally, it lives in cali BUT hes done a ton of them, i guess the money puts the care out of his head

And hemmerhoid commercials...and incontinence, and erectile dysfunction (not that I would be in that anyway but you get my point)

They definitely have to pay good! I think FH wouldnt mind doing it. Then again, we are married so it wouldnt matter what anyone else thought!!! Maybe I would do it

If you are an actor an they are paying .. who cares. It is a job. If it were to support something bad/harmful that would be a different story.
