Question- MW Tux (After Hours/Mens Warehouse)

Just wanted to see who got their tuxes at MW Tux (formerly Men's Warehouse / After Hours) ? FH & I have been to (2) different Men's Warehouse and neither had tuxes that FH could see / try on. Do they have these at an After Hours location? I definitely wanted him to try them on before deciding. Also, FH might buy one b/c he normally wears Athletic Fit suits and the rental can't be customized- so wouldn't fit him right.

How were your experiences there?
Did FH get to try on?

Our GM are all over the place so ordering from here would be ideal for us!!

I am using them (went to the location on Old Country Road) and i LOVE them. The service was great. Although FH did not get to try on his exact tux they let you try on different pieces (just might not be in the exact color) but at least you will get an idea.

Oh good, maybe I will try that location too then!! We wanted to use them as well b/c FH's family is in MA and my family is here in NY so we need somewhere that has stores in both locations!!

We just went to MW Tux in the Monmouth Mall in NJ (where FH lives). It used to be After Hours. They had stuff for him to try on, but as PP said not everything and not all sizes. Luckily he's basically the stock size (I think all jackets there were a 40) so they pretty much fit him. The woman was very nice as well!

We just went yesterday to the MW in Patchogue - the girl was very nice - still no tuxes to try on, but they fit him with a jacket according to the measurements they took so it should be fine. He's worn rental tuxes before for other weddings and it was fine so we're both not too stressed about it.

Thats funny that everyone is posting about MW bc we went yesterday (Bayterrace Mall in Bayside) and picked out his tuxs. My FH Is pretty big but they actually had his size (in a different style) but still. We're not going to be tooo crazy about it.

We used Mens Warehouse and I wasn't too thrilled with them.
The guys DON'T get to try on the tuxes so you have to pick them from a book.
Then because our guys were all picking them up from different locations, they were all charged different amounts with had me REALLY aggravated!!
If you stay on top of them it shouldn't be a problem but I was hoping for a stress free tux situation and I got one big headache from it all!
In the end, I didn't love the way the tux looked either but I never told my husband that...had we been able to see it in person I would have picked something different.

We went on Saturday to MW in the smith haven mall. FH only got to try on the jacket. The only thing I am a little worried about is the pocket squares. After FH got measured and they filled out the paperwork... I told them I wanted the GM to wear wine colored ties and pocket squares and then they told me they don't have the pocket squares in that color. So they told me to get those from Mens Warehouse I am just worried that the colors wont match

i went to the men's wearhouse on old country rd. they were great but u can't try on tux. we also went to a place called country and town tuxedos in east meadow there they allow u to try on tuxedos. we got an idea of what we were looking for and went to men's wearhouse after, but we have to let the guy know were not going with his company.
