How did you narrow down your pics for your album?

I have it down to 127 as of now

I was going through them for over an hour...I feel like my head is going to explode!

DH and I are going through the same thing...We had 1500+ proofs and have only narrowed them down to 150....have no idea ow we're going to narrow it down anymore!

we put our proofs into an album and grouped all the same/similar pics together and chose the best from each group. then we chose the best from those bunch and narrowed it to the # we were allowed for the album.

Ok, now that you have them narrowed down don't look at them for a few days. Then look through them again and take out any that you decide you don't *really* need in there. Take note of how many pics you *must-have* and then work from there.

I had them in order and made sure I had some from each part of the day. I also put them away for a few days and looked at them again with a fresh start

we made piles of yes no and maybe. it was hard, you'll be able to do it

I did like Jen did, laid them all out in our LR in order & slowly narrowed them down. We started w/ over 175 & got it down to about 78. Also like the others said, put it away for a day or so & come back to it.
